Listen to the introductions below and read along as you do so. This first example is an example of Year 9 / 10 writing. It's pretty simple. The sentences are quite repetitive and short, but they can so easily be developed and linked together to make complex sentences.
Guten Tag! Ich heiße Frau Watts. Ich bin Deutschlehrerin. Das bin ich. Ich habe dunkelbraune Haare und grüne Augen. Ich spiele Hockey und Ultimate Frisbee. Ich mag Sport, Hunde und Schokolade. Ich bin intelligent und freundlich. Ich habe drei kleine Hunde. Der Hund in dem Foto heißt Olli. Sie ist schlank und sportlich und ist zwei Jahre alt.
Das ist mein Mann. Er heißt Isaac. Er ist groß und gutaussehend. Er mag Bonbons und Pizza und Schokolade aber er ist nicht dick. Er ist sehr sportlich.
This is pretty much the same text, with the development of ideas and the linking of the sentences to make them more interesting and complex. These structures and development make it a Year 11 / 12 text.

To get in a relative clause you could tell me what pets you have and their names or what siblings you have and their names.
